This includes branded goods, collectibles, electronics, luxury goods, regulated components, event access, and items with age, licensing, import/export, or carrier restrictions. We may require extra information, remove the listing, or block the sale at our discretion.

Enforcement is discretionary and may include listing removal, search suppression, transaction cancellation, payout holds, evidence requests, account suspension, permanent removal, notices to payment or shipping partners, and reports to rights holders or law enforcement. We do not guarantee that every prohibited item or behavior will be detected or removed.
